Truck Dispatch
Full-service dispatch for dry van, reefer, and flatbed carriers. We find the loads, negotiate the rate, and keep your trucks moving.
Fleet has dispatched trucks since 2011. Our dispatchers work your lanes like an experienced in-house dispatcher would. But you don't pay a salary, deal with turnover, or leave a desk empty when someone calls in sick.
What we handle
We find loads on major boards and through our own broker contacts. We negotiate the rate on every load before it's booked. We plan routes around hours-of-service limits and delivery windows, not just the shortest line on a map.
How we work with your drivers
Every truck gets a dedicated dispatcher who knows the equipment, the lanes, and the driver's preferences. Drivers call one number and reach a person who already knows their load. Not a queue.
