These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Fleet Dispatch & Logistics Support, Inc. (“Fleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and, where applicable, the dispatch and back-office services we provide to carriers and owner-operators. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with Fleet, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the carrier or business you represent and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Description of Service
Fleet provides truck dispatch, after-hours coverage, freight billing and invoicing, safety and DOT compliance support, back-office administration, and dispatcher recruiting and training services. The specific scope of services for any client is set out in a separate service agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
Client Responsibilities
As a condition of receiving dispatch or back-office services, clients agree to:
- Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and equipment in safe working order;
- Provide accurate and timely information needed to book, bill, and support loads;
- Pay all fees and invoices according to the agreed payment terms; and
- Comply with applicable federal and state trucking regulations, including FMCSA hours-of-service and safety requirements.
Fees & Payment
Fees for dispatch and back-office services are set out in each client’s service agreement. Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms; overdue balances may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation, or using automated tools to scrape or extract content without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Fleet Dispatch & Logistics Support, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our branding without prior written consent.
Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from our dispatch or back-office services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to this website at our discretion, including for conduct that violates these Terms. Termination of service agreements is governed by the terms of the applicable agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
