We're looking for a senior dispatcher to manage a book of established carrier relationships and help mentor newer dispatchers as our team grows.
What you'll do
Own dispatch and rate negotiation for an assigned group of trucks, build and maintain shipper relationships for dedicated lane opportunities, and coach newer dispatchers on lane strategy and negotiation.
What we're looking for
3+ years of dispatch experience, a track record of strong carrier relationships, and comfort working remotely with a distributed team.
