We're looking for a fleet account manager, on a contract basis, to serve as the main point of contact for a group of carrier clients.
What you'll do
Check in regularly with client fleets on service quality, coordinate with dispatch and billing teams to resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities to expand services as client fleets grow.
What we're looking for
Experience in trucking, logistics, or account management, strong communication skills, and comfort managing a portfolio of ongoing client relationships remotely.
